چکیده

Urine can be used to diagnose diabetes in a non-invasively manner. Examination of blood sugar levels as an indicator diabetics is currently carried out using invasive methods. However, most people are not comfortable with the methods used. Early diagnosis non-invasive very important continue developed, including by checking quality urine. This study aims create urine detection based on pH, turbidity, and ammonia concentration multi-sensor: pH4502C measure pH level, SEN0189 MQ137 concentration. samples 15 subjects were collected early morning before doing any activities. For experiment, all sensors read analog signals which received Arduino Nano micro-controller converted into digital values form scale, Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU), parts per million (ppm). These displayed LCD display. Theexperiments showed that measured sensor system was compared calculated from manual calculation equation. comparisons know error percentage. The average value measurement obtained 5.62, turbidity 0.59 NTU, 0.66 ppm. accuracy percentages sensor, 97.69%, 98.32%, 97.09%. All proved capable human results this became basis for initial non method.

Bacterial vaginosis diagnosed by analysis of first-void-urine specimens.

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is traditionally diagnosed using vaginal samples. The aim of this study was to investigate whether BV can be diagnosed from first-void urine (FVU). Self-collected vaginal smears, vaginal swabs, and FVU were obtained from 176 women. BV was diagnosed by Nugent's criteria. The FVU and vaginal swabs were analyzed by quantitative PCRs (qPCRs) for selected vaginal bacteria (A...

Application of Ion Mobility Spectrometry for Determination of Morphine in Human Urine

In this study, a rapid, simple and sensitive ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) method with corona discharge as ionization source was described for the morphine determination in human urine. Morphine was extracted and purified from urine samples using solid phase extraction procedure with C18 column. It can offer the clean extracts which no extra peaks were observed in IMS. Under operating experim...

Prostatic massage method versus first -void Urine samples to isolate Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum from urinary tract infection

Abstract Background and objectives: Ureaplasma urealyticum is one of the most important causes of Nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) and non-specific urethritis (NSU) in men. Also Mycoplasma hominis has a role in causing NGU and NSU. The aim of this study was the detection of Mycoplasma hominis & Ureaplasma urealyticum in men suffering from NGU and NSU by prostatic massage method and first- void Ur...

Optimal method of collection of first-void urine for diagnosis of Chlamydia trachomatis infection in men.

First-void urine (FVU) is the preferred specimen for the diagnosis of urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infection in men. We have developed FirstBurst, a urine collection device that collects the first 4 to 5 ml of FVU and yields a specimen with a sixfold higher C. trachomatis organism load than the regular urine cup by quantitative PCR (32,533 versus 5,271 plasmids/ml; P < 0.0001). Consequently...
